Returns & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at santa-deal.com. If the product itself is defective, or if the final product is materially different than the design displayed on our site, we're here to help. Under these conditions, our products can be returned within 14 days of your receipt of the original product. At our discretion, your returned defective product will either be replaced by us with a non-defective product or, returned for a refund. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping.
- The product was received by you in the last 14 days; and
- The product isn't used;
- Either a) the product itself is defective, or b) the final product is materially different than the design displayed on our site.

Items Not Received: Santa-Deal will provide a tracking number to customers in order for them to file a claim with the shipper for all items not received, including for partial or incorrect addresses provided at the time of order placement.
